There are several ways to engage with the Altered States body of work depending upon your interests, goals, and stage of the journey. Whether you are seeking personal transformation, dreamwork guidance, support integrating a spiritual awakening, or training as a coach, healer, facilitator, or teacher, the intention remains the same: helping you cultivate a deeper relationship with your heart, intuition, dreams, and soul. The first two conversations are always offered at no cost. They provide an opportunity for us to get to know one another, explore your goals and interests, and determine whether there is a fit to work together.
DREAM INFORMED COACHING
Dream Informed Coaching combines professional coaching methods with the transformative power of dreamwork, self-awareness, and inner guidance. Together we explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, dreams, and life experiences shaping your reality. The process helps cultivate greater clarity, confidence, purpose, emotional freedom, and trust in your own inner wisdom.
Coaching, integration, and mentorship is offered in six-session packages. Each session is 90-120 Minutes. Standard rate for a block of six sessions has been reduced to $600 to make it accessible at a reasonable price. Single session rate is $130. Sliding scale pricing is available for individuals experiencing genuine financial hardship who are sincerely committed to the work. Some clients renew at a higher price after they experience the value of the work because they can, and they want to give more to support me and the people and projects in the works.
INTEGRATION & MENTORSHIP
Integration support is available for individuals navigating spiritual awakenings, plant medicine experiences, kundalini experiences, major life transitions, expanded states of consciousness, and significant periods of personal transformation. The focus of this work is helping individuals integrate insight into everyday life with greater balance, understanding, grounding, and clarity. Many clients continue in mentorship for extended periods as they deepen their relationship with dreams, intuition, spiritual practice, and conscious living.
ALTERED STATES 12 MONTH SELF-APPRENTICESHIP
The Altered States Self-Apprenticeship is a year-long training, mentorship, and course of study for individuals called to a deeper exploration of consciousness, dreamwork, transformation, coaching, healing, leadership, and service.
Designed for coaches, healers, facilitators, teachers, and sincere students of consciousness, the apprenticeship combines study, practice, dreamwork, mentorship, direct experience, and personal transformation. Participants receive and work from an extensive curriculum divided into three modules addressing the body, mind and Spirit. They learn how to cultivate a conscious relationship with their own inner guidance while developing the skills necessary to support transformation in others and to become a professional coach. Founding apprentices are helping shape the future development of the Altered States Self-Apprenticeship Program, Academy, and the next generation of teachings, trainings, retreats, and programs.
