Foods and supplements that support dream recall and visionary states include B-vitamin rich foods (especially B6), tryptophan-rich foods, omega-3 sources, hydrating mineral foods, and pineal-supportive plants like raw cacao and blueberries. Key supplements include B6, magnesium, melatonin, mugwort, Calea Zacatechichi, and Lion’s Mane. Together these help regulate neurotransmitters, enhance REM sleep, support pineal gland function, and increase the clarity and vividness of dreams.
