You Don't Have to Die To Go To Heaven

This is a transcription of Source Notes taken in the liminal space between dreaming and waking—what I’ve come to call Night School.

You don’t need to die to go to heaven.

Heaven is a state of being correlated with frequency. By frequency, I mean frequently feeling good. Frequently experiencing feelings like love and above love, joy, wonder, awe, gratitude and even above all of that, peace, enduring peace. It would make sense, if those were our dominant enduring feelings, that wherever we were would feel like heaven in a way right? By contrast, if we are feeling other feelings like fear, anger, jealousy, resentment, apathy, rage, and desire most of the time, well that would kind of feel like hell right? So, we see here that heaven and hell in one way relate as much to feelings as where we are. We could say that where we are in a way is a feeling. Living in joy, people say that... and to consistently live in joy is like living in heaven on earth.

It's also true that there are other planes of phenomenon within this and other octaves of phenomenal expression and form. Some call them the 7 heavens, each of which is a world of its own, more refined and higher in frequency and purity, and less condensed than what appears to be here on Earth. By appear, I mean it doesn’t exist unless we direct our attention towards it and believe it to be. This is also true on the higher octaves and planes of expression. That does not mean it is any less real. In a way it is not real and at the same time the experience of it is real. The experience of it is as real as anything.

So, I am inviting you to ponder this, as it may lead you into higher worlds, and to explore out of body states first in your dreams which will take you to these worlds and with practice to something that is even beyond that. This practice is sacred, and above all that we do in life, learning where to go when we die and how to get there appears to be the most important thing we can learn. So enjoy life on Earth to the fullest, follow your dreams and the calling of your heart and this will elevate your consciousness and how you feel so you can fully experience Heaven on Earth, and the reality and non-reality of the higher worlds so you can truly know who you are, and find your way home when you die.
